I come from a long line of men in the military and my 4 years in, 1978-1982, was time well spent. I was a wild child and the military taught me a thing or two about myself and changed my view of things. I think every male should do his time. -Rod-

No thanks needed, really, though it’s appreciated. I saw it as an obligation then and still feel that way. I spent my entire 4 years, less training time in early to mid ‘78, at NORAD in Colorado Springs. It was…interesting
